To legally comply with GDPR, we disposed of any customer data* that hadn't explicitly opted in to marketing communications. Therefore your email address may no longer exist within our database and if this is the case you'll need to log in using your card number instead. Once logged in you can securely update all of your details via the 'view my info' link.
If you have forgotten your password & believe your data has been deleted from our database, you'll simply need to make 3 failed attempts to log in at which point you'll be redirected to a 'recover my account page'. You can enter your details here and a member of our Liberation Loyalty Club Team will process your request to reactivate your details and keep you informed.
